Joe Lohman opened the doors of the independent insurance agency in 1983 and has effectively and conscientiously grown the business over the years. He has served on Insurance Industry boards, and numerous committees. His experience, work ethic and knowledge creates the cornerstone of the agency.
Kathy Lohman joined the agency in 2004 and became licensed for property and casualty in 2007. She co-manages the agency, and offers quoting for home and auto. Her organizational skills and working knowledge of all lines aids the commercial lines as well as the personal lines.
Aundria Smith joined our staff in 2015 as a CSR, and then became licensed as a Property & Casualty agent in 2016. Her duties are broad and include quoting home and auto. She is always seeking to expand her knowledge. She is one of our many phone voices that offers information, and billing details. She is an information source for all lines. She holds her responsibility of putting the client’s needs first to a very high degree.
Aundria Smith has a CPIA Designation (The AIMS Society's Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) Designation is a nationally recognized designation program. The seminars are designed to enhance the ability of producers, sales support staff and company personnel to efficiently create and distribute effective insurance programs.)
Lindsay Achee began her career in insurance with Lohman and Lohman in 2003. As our office manager she manages our staff, and outlines protocol, and procedures. She is our resident gatekeeper, handling Certificates of Insurance, application processing, technology, and business management. Her years of experience provides a broad knowledge to our clients and insurance in general. She provides the highest level of quality control.
Candice Hunt began her service to our agency in 2014 as a CSR (Customer Service Representative). She assists all clients via phone, and walk-ins. Her courteous attitude is the voice on the phone for reminders and information. She maintains a professional demeanor and is always willing to help a fellow co-worker as well as all clients and prospective clients.
Dawn Britten joined Lohman and Lohman in late 2018 and impressed us all with her eagerness to learn more of the insurance industry. She’s a great asset to our staff and clients. She assists with phone calls, payments and certificates of insurance requests.
